These terms apply to services provided by Jai Bharat Pest Control Services, Shop No. 680-A, Opp. Aditya Mall, Aditya Mega City, Nyay Khand 2, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201014 (Govt. Licence No. 1488-GZB).
Quotes
Prices on this website are approximate. The final price is given in writing after inspection and applies to the scope described in the quote. Additional areas or pests found later are quoted separately before any extra work.
Scheduling
Visit times are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp. Please inform us at least a few hours in advance if you need to reschedule. Same-day visits depend on availability.
Preparation and safety
Customers agree to follow the preparation and re-entry instructions given by our technician, including keeping food covered, keeping children, pets and pregnant women away from treated areas for the advised time, and ventilating rooms before use. We are not responsible for effects caused by ignoring these instructions.
Drilling and property
Termite treatment involves drilling small holes at floor-wall joints and door frames, which are sealed with filler. Slight colour differences in filler may occur. Please point out concealed pipes and wiring before work begins.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing (for example, AMC contracts). We accept cash, UPI and bank transfer, and issue a bill for every job.
Warranty
The warranty period and coverage are written on your service card. It covers re-treatment of the same pest in the treated areas within that period. It does not cover new construction, structural changes, plumbing leaks, furniture brought in after treatment, or areas we were not allowed to treat.
Limitation
Pest control reduces and controls pest populations; no provider can guarantee that a pest will never be seen again. Our liability is limited to re-treatment or refund of the service charge for the affected job.
