"How much will it cost?" is the first question on almost every call we get. It is a fair question, and the honest answer is: it depends on a few things you can actually check. This guide explains those things so that when you collect quotes in Indirapuram, you can compare them properly.
Why prices vary so much
Two companies can quote very different amounts for the "same" 2 BHK flat because they are not quoting the same job. One may plan 40 drill points for termites, the other 120. One may include a follow-up visit for bed bugs, the other may not. Chemical quality, dilution and the time a technician spends also differ. A low quote is not always a bargain if the treatment fails and you pay again three months later.
What actually drives the price
- Size of the property: carpet area and number of rooms, kitchens and bathrooms.
- Type of pest: termites and bed bugs need more labour and more visits than a routine general spray.
- Severity: a few cockroaches in one cabinet versus a kitchen where they come out in daylight.
- Woodwork and flooring: full-height wardrobes, wooden flooring and marble floors add time to termite work.
- Number of visits: a single treatment, a two-visit programme or an annual contract.
- Location and access: a high floor with society entry rules, a basement, or a terrace garden.
Typical price ranges
We publish an approximate price table by flat size on our home page so you have a starting point. Treat those numbers as a guide, not a final quote — the exact figure is given in writing after a free inspection. Commercial premises are always quoted after a site survey because no two kitchens, warehouses or schools are alike.
Termite treatment: where the money goes
Termite work is mostly labour. Drilling along every floor-wall joint, injecting each hole and sealing it neatly takes several hours in a typical flat. The quantity of termiticide depends on the length of the joints and the number of door frames. A quote that does not mention how many points will be drilled, or that promises the job in 30 minutes, is a warning sign.
Bed bugs: why two visits cost more but save money
Most bed bug failures happen because only one visit was done. Eggs survive the first spray, hatch in about a week and the problem returns. A programme with a second visit 10–15 days later costs more on paper but is far cheaper than repeating the whole job — or replacing furniture.
When an AMC is cheaper
If you book pest control two or more times a year, an Annual Maintenance Contract usually costs less per visit and includes call-backs between visits. For restaurants, offices and societies an AMC is the normal way to buy pest control, because it also gives you a record of every visit for audits.
How to compare quotes fairly
- Ask what exactly is included: rooms, drains, balconies, number of visits.
- Ask which chemicals will be used and whether they are registered with CIB&RC.
- Ask for the warranty in writing and what "free re-treatment" covers.
- Check the company's licence and certification — ours are Govt. Licence 1488-GZB and ISO 9001:2015 (AQC21032486).
- Ask whether the technician will inspect before quoting. A quote given without seeing the property is a guess.
Hidden costs to watch for
Some low quotes add charges later: "extra chemical", "heavy infestation", "second visit", "travel". Ask up front whether the quoted price is the final price for the job described. We give a written quote after inspection, and the price on it is what you pay for that scope.
The bottom line
The cheapest treatment is the one that works the first time. Get an inspection, ask the questions above, and choose the quote that explains the job clearly. If you are in Indirapuram, Vasundhara or Vaishali, our technicians can inspect and quote, usually within a day of your call.
